• Must be able to read drawings
• Prepare estimates on new projects and estimate prices on change orders on existing contracts. 
• Read and interpret job bid instructions and detailed specifications for preparation of estimates. 
• Prepare takeoff of materials, estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items and equipment costs to prepare a thorough estimate. 
• Assist in the feedback process of the project. 
• Computer experience is a must.

Job Duties

• Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures. ​
• Conducts day-to-day audit of all reports received from the operating departments. 
• Ensures compliance with the ICS, Title 31 and PCI. 
• Performs daily submission of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR’s) and logging exceptions generated by the operating department. 
• Assists Compliance Manager in monitoring the administration of the Title 31 E-Testing to ensure timeliness of administration of such testing. 
• Assists the Compliance Manager in the processing of Suspicious Activity Reporting. 
• Maintains compliance records, audits and reports.

Job Requirements 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one (1) year of compliance experience. 
• Must be proficient in MS Excel software program and working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
• Auditing/accounting experience preferred. 
• Experience with casino operations and with Seminole Tribe Gaming Compliance and federal rules and regulations also preferred.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Duties 

• A hotel houseman may work independently or in a team-style environment. 
• Essential duties of the role typically include removing soiled bedclothes and remaking the bed with clean ones, vacuuming the room and hallways, mopping the floor, cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom and replacing toiletries and towels. 
• A houseman may also fold clothing, place personal items on dressers or desks and otherwise straighten the room so it looks clean, tidy and inviting. 
• A houseman may also restock the mini bar, replace clean ice buckets, restock coffee service and wipe down surfaces.
• Maintain a clean environment for the Guests.
• Professionally deal with all reasonable guest requests and questions.
